Yes — eligible NGOs and registered non-profits can access a free entry tier that includes one Hikma assistant, up to 500 users, and basic analytics. Paid tiers unlock multiple assistants, unlimited users, custom branding, and advanced reporting.
Hikmad.AI is optimised for low-bandwidth environments. The platform loads on 2G/3G connections and is designed to be lightweight on mobile data. Full offline functionality is on our 2025 roadmap for field contexts such as refugee camps and rural health posts.
Data is stored on secure servers within your selected region (Africa or EU). We never share community data with third parties. NGO and government deployments can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and a full data governance summary — available in our partnership pack.
For standard NGO deployments: 30 days from signed agreement to live platform. This includes configuration, language customisation, policy setup, staff onboarding, and a soft-launch period. Complex government or multi-country deployments typically take 60–90 days.
Absolutely. All paid tiers include full white-labelling — your logo, your colour scheme, your custom domain. The platform can be presented to your communities entirely under your organisation's brand.
Yes. Every deployment includes onboarding training for administrators and key staff. We also offer our AI Literacy and AI for NGOs training programmes as add-ons — live workshops or self-paced — for your broader team and communities.
