Support between sessions, in the languages your programme already speaks

Many participants are taught or supported in a second language. The assistant can explain material in Somali, Swahili or Amharic alongside English, then bring participants back to the session content. Other languages can be configured.

Built for stretched trainer and health-worker time

Trainers and health workers rarely have time to repeat material one-to-one between sessions. The assistant gives participants somewhere to go for practice, explanation or general health information between contact points, without adding to your team's caseload.

Configured to your programme's own materials, mobile-first and low-bandwidth

We set the assistant up around your own curriculum, topics and terminology rather than generic content, typically in about 30 days. It runs in a mobile browser and is designed for low-bandwidth connections, so there's nothing to install and participants use the phone they already have.

Safeguarding and data protection

Safeguarding rules are configured for your programme, including the topics the assistant will and won't discuss. We support your data protection impact assessment and will answer your data protection questions before anything goes live.

How a pilot works

We suggest starting with a scoped pilot for one cohort, with the success measures agreed together up front. That gives you something clear and specific to describe in your own reporting to funders, based on what you observe with your own participants.
